Rates Our rates vary by season. The Florida Tourism Tax of 10% is additional. There is a 30 day minimum stay. A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required to make a reservation. This is refunded upon departure. Departure cleaning fee of $200.00 and total rental fee is due in advance of stay. No smoking is permitted. No pets please. Peak Season:

Arrival: All check in procedures will be detailed in your confirmation. Directions will be provided to your vacation home at that time. Keys can be picked up at the office of the local management company or can be sent to you by Fed Ex upon receipt of full payment of fees prior to your arrival.

| Furnishings: Our unit is furnished with the basics for a fantastic vacation. Included for your use are 3 televisions, 2 vcrs, stereo, a fully equipped kitchen including dishes, glassware and tableware for eight people. The kitchen includes coffee pot, griddle, toaster, mixer, microwave, blender, pots, pans, casserole dishes, kitchen utensils, fire extinguisher and standard cleaning equipment meaning mop, vacuum and broom. Linens for bed, bath and kitchen are included. A small desk, fax and phones are provided. Calling card is required for long distance. Local calls are free. Playpens, cribs and children’s safety gates can be rented from local vendors if needed. An outdoor gas grill is on the property and can be used on the ground floor lanai only, at your risk. Please be sure to have a fire extinguisher present. Beach chairs for your use are located in the garage. Not included are beach towels, propane canister for grill, fire extinguisher for grill area, fax paper or free long distance. All are available for purchase at local merchants. Cleaning/Housekeeping: Our property is self-catering, which means it will be cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. Maid service is available through the local management company at an hourly rate and is payable to the management company at time of service. No household supplies are included other than the soap and tissue provided upon arrival. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Pets: We do not allow pets. If pets are found on the property, eviction without refund may result.
